Easy! Any exercise that endeavors to enlarge your anatomy through either stretching the spongy tissue in your penis, or through attempting to increase the amount of blood flow, or most optimally, both!

I would say exercises that focus on tissue growth are the fastest and easiest to see REAL gains. These include jelqing, PC elevations and other stress types of activities like traction or stretching. While I do believe it's possible to enlarge the penis somewhat through strictly increasing the blood flow (usually by a combination of diet and exercise) I am a bigger proponent of starting ( and focusing) on exercise first and foremost.
Are there any exercises I should avoid? Anything Dangerous for example?
Yes, and this is an excellent question. Hanging weights should be avoided at ALL costs...and if someone recommends you try them, simply run the other way. Not only can hanging weights cause permanent damage, I don't believe there is ANY evidence that they work at all. The exercises that I practice and recommend are natural, and I advise you to stick with the same strategy as well. Your first priority should ALWAYS be safety first...as the benefits of a BIG, but broken penis are on the small side. ( no pun intended..;-)
